1969 Incorporated as Suruga Seiki Inc.
1976 Became an incorporated corporation.
1981 Established Kansai Factory in Sanda City, Hyogo, Japan
1992 Opened Tokyo Branch Office
1993 Built new factory at headquarters.
1995 Established SAIGON PRECISION CO., LTD.
1998 Established SURUGA USA CORP.
2000 Established ADS TECNOLOGY CO., LTD.(joint venture in Korea).
2001 Established Suruga Seiki(Shanghai) CO., LTD.
2004 Listed on Second Section of Tokyo Stock Exchange.
2005 Established SURUGA (THAILAND) CO., LTD.
SURUGA SEIKI CO., LTD., and MISUMI Corporation implemented a management integration through a share exchange, and SURUGA SEIKI withdrew from the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
