Fine Pressing
Based on technology nurtured in fine pressing, we are also developing new fields of technology.
Metals in flat shape as thin as 30 micro-meters are pressed into precision components with 2 micro-meters of tolerance.
Even for the part that had been produced only through the conventional etching process, our development in pressing and deburring technology has enabled us to achieve ten-time of productivity.
Moreover, in the field of drive parts for hard disks, we have successfully reduced the costs to less than 20% of those by the conventional technology.
